The cold waters of the English Channel and the North Sea conceal a wide variety of fish and seafood. Inshore fishing, artisanal fishing, deep-sea fishing or fishing on foot, fish abound ! Herring, whiting, cod, emperor, pollock, but also scallops, mussels, cockles and marine plants… our fish stock is priceless. A breeding ground to be protected on a daily basis by eating in season.
